Our 10-Week Winter Challenge is all about structure, accountability, and the discipline to show up when it's cold, dark and easy to make excuses. It's designed to keep you consistent - through the toughest season.

Just 10-weeks of focused training, support, and results.

How it Works:

Based on a point system.

​

  • Participants must work out minimum 5 days per week

    • Minimum 3 days to be completed at the gym

    • 2 days at home (or another gym) must have prior approval for proof checking (i.e. smart watch tracking, app tracking etc)

  • Additional weekly challenges to be completed in the gym

 

Point System:

5 Workouts = 5 points

Additional Weekly Challenges = 2-3 points

Social Contribution = 2 points

Total Weekly Point Potential = 9-10 points

​

What is considered a workout?

In the Gym - 1 x class is a workout

At home workout - minimum 30min.

At home workout might consist of; going for a run/ jog/ walk, body weight training, weight training, yoga, or other cardio. Discuss this with the challenge co-ordinator prior to starting the challenge. We can offer assistance with at home workout suggestions if needed.

What will the Weekly Challenges be?

To increase point totals, weekly challenges are to be completed in the gym. These challenges might include things like; 150 burpees, 200 push ups, 1 x 3km run/jog etc. These exercises can be completed over the course of the week i.e. 150 burpees can be broken down across the 3 days, when you come in to do your workouts (50 burpees each day).

What is Social Contribution?

  1. Sharing your workout and tagging Fight Factory gym on social media. 

  2. Bringing a friend to train with you

How much does the challenge cost?

​$10 Per Week Direct Debit - Current Members ($100 total over the course of the challenge)

​

New Members will need to sign up for a 10-week unlimited direct debit membership, and then pay $10 per Week for the challenge.

1st Place - CASH PRIZE (to be determined once we have our total participants as it will be a portion of the total fees paid.)

2nd Place - Merchandise / Gear + 2 x PTs with Luke

3rd Place - 2 x PTs with Luke
